Kenapa pengisian bisa gagal?
1. Pastikan nomor kamu benar
2. Pastikan nomor kamu belum melewati masa tenggang (hangus)
3. Kesalahan dalam pemilihan paket / denominasi pulsa
4. Gangguan dari operator
5. Lainnya
Pengisian yang gagal akan dicoba hingga 3x dalam kurun waktu 24jam, jika seluruhnya gagal, maka akan terjadi refund (pengembalian dana/uang kamu).
Untuk pengajuan refund silakan hubungi kami dan mengisi form yang telah disediakan dan akan diproses maximal 3x24jam (dapat lebih cepat).
